A booking request does not create a confirmed appointment. A booking is only confirmed after all required details have been agreed upon and any requested deposit has been received. Deposits are used to reserve time, prepare for services, and secure availability. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances and the terms communicated at booking. Nichole Adams reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate any booking at any time, including during the booking process or during an appointment, if circumstances arise that make continuation inappropriate, unsafe, uncomfortable, or inconsistent with professional standards. If a booking is terminated by Nichole Adams, any refund or transfer of unused amounts will be determined at Nichole Adams discretion based on the circumstances. Respectful communication and professional behavior are required at all times. Nichole Adams reserves the right to end communications, decline requests, cancel bookings, or terminate services if there is disrespectful behavior, harassment, inappropriate conduct, dishonesty, or any violation of these Terms.
